Hillpointe is a fully integrated real estate development and investment management firm. Through their internal software development start-up Hillpointe Labs, their goal is to develop software that creates a consistent experience for renters and gathers data across all verticals to drive AI insights operations and fund management.
Property Website Redesign
Redesigned the template for the funds managed properties to be focus on experiential design. The page interaction creates a leasing experiences that feels as seamless as making a purchase on an e-commerce platform.
HPOS
An internal application to manage key performance metrics of properties and departments from deal acquisition to properties operations.
